Please help calculate Free Cash Flow. The formula is: Free Cash Flow = Cash provided by operating activities - Capital Expenditure - Dividends Paid.

Following information are available:

Cash provided by operating activities = $164,648

Purchase of PPE = $25689

Purchase of intangible assets = $683

Proceeds on sale of PPE = 145

Dividends Paid = 28649

Are capital expenditure only amount spending on tangible asset? Does amount spending on intangible asset be included in capital expenditure? Another question, does proceeds on sale of PPE should be included in Free Cash Flow?

Thanks
